Silvia Buzgau was born on March 18, 1938 in Intregalde Alba Romania. Silvia was the oldest of nine children to her parents Ioan and Leontina Dumitras. Silvia had a very hard life growing up in a communist country and often talked about how hard life was. Silvia always did her best in providing for her family. She cared and loved her Family unconditionally.
On September 6th 1955 Silvia married Aurel Buzgau (a Romanian Pentecostal Pastor.) Silvia and Aurel were married for 48 years before her husband passed away on May 17, 2003.
On November 6th 1980 Silvia and her Children immigrated to the United States arriving in Chicago at O’Hare to be reunited with her beloved Husband and father of their Children whom she hadn’t seen in over two long years.
Silvia always put the needs of others before her own. While Silvia had lived a fairly simple life, she would have given you the shoes off her feet. A woman of unshakable faith in the Lord lost her youngest son in 1987. Throughout all of life Trials and Tribulations, Silvia showed everyone around her unconditional love and grew the seed of the Lord's good word in us all. Silvia’s trust in the Lord was IronClad. She would not take so much as an Aspirin; she knew God would heal her. Silvia loved to worship the Lord whether it be through music or scripture. On August 29th 2021 at 10:40 P.M., Silvia passed away peacefully as she slept.
Silvia was a loving Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. God blessed Silvia and Aurel with seven children Cornel Buzgau, Danut Buzgau, Viorica Galeancu, Viorel Buzgau, Lidia Cauni, Aurelia Buzgau, and Ana Buzgau. Silvia has 8 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren.
Silvia will always be remembered as loving Mother, and Grandmother who deeply loved the lord and was a kind and compassionate woman. A devoted faithful Christian who with her faith in God made her move forward no matter the circumstances in life.

Believers Who Have Died·
13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep indeath, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.
14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him...
Silvia will be greatly missed and will live on forever in our hearts!
A funeral luncheon will be held after the burial at Libanais Restaurant at 3300 W Devon Ave., Lincolnwood
