Arthur F Hamilton

On April 1,1933 Arthur aka Art was born in Brocton Il, where he resided until 1952 when he enlisted is the Army at the age of 19.
While serving in the Army he married his 1st wife Luanne McHenry. They moved to Chicago in 1954 where they had 3 children.
Brian (deceased) and Todd and Tracy. Art and Luanne were married for 30 years until her passing in 1984.
Art loved and studied photography at Ray Vogue. He worked for the Sears catalog as a photographer and a Model.
After that he worked as a news cameraman for stations ABC and WGN. He was filming during the 1968 Democratic Party riots and was also behind the camera during the Milwaukee disturbances of the same year.
In 1985 Art met Rose Palomar and they were married in 1986. He was immediately embraced by his in-laws as part of the Palomar family.
Art called his Mother-in-law “Mama”.
Art was an avid Photographer and Fisherman. He was the personal photographer for former Alderman Harry Osterman of the 48th ward. His favorite subjects of Photography were the moon and nature. Art and Rose often took fishing excursions to Door county Wisconsin.
Art was loved and respected by everyone that knew him as an honest and ethical man. Who lived what he preached
Art was called to heaven by our Lord Jesus Christ on July 6th, 2026.
