Bruce Thomas Terris

Navy veteran, computer programmer, loved the dunes and the beach, Bruce was sometimes enigmatic, but he had deep love for the LORD and His Word. He loved listening to Christian radio, but especially Moody Radio.

Locally enjoyed listening to pastor Erwin Lutzer, John MacArthur, R.C Sproul, and Charles Swindoll.

Bruce loved people, and had a tender spot for those who needed practical help.

Bruce believed every good and perfect gift is from above.

James 1

Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.

James 1:17

In his illness Bruce also believed in God's setting him apart for His purposes. He confessed his need for selflessness.

John 11:25, 26

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”

Military funeral  honors will be awarded at the cemetery.
