Etienne (Tim) Franssua Rodriguez, 48, of Wheeling, IL passed away on November 26, 2021 at his residence. He was born on March 14, 1973 at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Louis Anthony and Mildred Xiomara Rodriguez. He is survived by his wife Mary Joy and his children Etnilda Milady, Louis Anthony, Neo Xavier, Mia Xiomara, and Ian Xander; his siblings Luis Didier Velez, Rochelle (Durell Sr) Velez-Taylor, and Rodney Anthony Rodriguez; his nieces and nephews Amaryllis (Armando) Herrera, Nathaniel Bailey, Durell Taylor Jr, and Yesenia Velez, Mathew Hinog, Jade Rivera, Brandon Hinog, Lana Rivera, and Christopher Hinog; and great nephew and great nieces Elijah Fernandez, Xiomaralyz Herrera, and Nalani Bailey. A beloved nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
