Hans-Juergen Jodeit

Hans-Jürgen Jodeit passed on to glory on January 17, 2023 at the age 80. He was born on June 17, 1942 in Germany. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cunanan Jodeit; son, Andrew Jodeit; granddaughter, Sofia Catalan Jodeit; sister, Birgitt Bush; nephew Jens and niece Verena. He was preceded in death by his mother Anita Shultz.

Hans had a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Goshen College and a Master of Art’s in Business Administration from Governors State University. He worked for Fluor Daniel inc. for 26 years as a Billing Supervisor and managed his own real estate investment until the time of his illness.

Hans is well loved by many friends and was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. He loved welcoming guests at their home in Evanston, Il. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, listening to classical music and collecting antiques and fine chinaware.

Memorial service will be conducted at Benson Family Funeral Home on January 27th, 2023 at 7pm. Public viewing from 4 to 9pm. Interment will be private.
