Jacqueline Guzman Obituary

Jacqueline Ann Guzman, affectionately known as Jackie, a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter and friend, departed from us on September 22, 2023, in Martin, Tennessee. Born on April 16, 1991, in Chicago, Illinois, Jackie's life was a testament to love, creativity, and kindness.

As a cherished member of a large family, Jackie was the daughter of Tina (McKee) (Benigno) Romero and Damian (Maria) Guzman. She was the beloved sister of Joseph, Efrain Jr, Jessica, Johnathan, Alex, and Damian Jr. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Luther and Frances Miller, along with her grandfather Robert Miller Sr, and her two brothers, Joseph and Efrain Jr. Her family also included many aunts, uncles, and cousins, from whom she drew strength and camaraderie, particularly her grandparents Judith (Robert) Miller and Paul Wayne (Karen) McKee.

A fiercely proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Sophia Roxanne and Lydia Jane, Jackie devoted her life to providing a loving home filled with laughter and joy. Her children were her pride and joy, and the love and care she gave them will serve as an enduring reminder of her nurturing spirit.

Beyond her artistic pursuits, Jackie was an avid camper, often packing up her tent and heading off into the great outdoors with her family. The simplicity of camping allowed Jackie to nurture her love for nature and provided her with the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.

A light-hearted and fun-loving soul, Jackie was known for her penchant for binge-watching "The Kardashians." As much as she enjoyed the show's drama and glamour, she also saw it as a celebration of family bonds and sisterhood, values she held dear. Her laughter and joy while watching the show was infectious, often resulting in impromptu viewing parties with family and friends.

With her radiant smile and warm heart, Jackie had an extraordinary ability to make everyone around her feel cherished and loved. She gave selflessly and loved unconditionally, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was particularly known for her kindness, a trait she exhibited in her everyday interactions and relationships.

In remembering Jacqueline Ann Guzman, we celebrate a life lived with love, creativity, and kindness. As we bid farewell to our beloved Jackie, we hold dear the beautiful memories she gifted us, her spirit that continues to inspire us, and her love that will remain with us forever. Her vibrant life and enduring legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
