Martha Luna

Martha Luna, daughter of the late Jose Rodriguez and Maria (Taboada) Rodriguez, was born October 29th, 1946 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas Mexico. After migrating to Chicago, IL with her family she was raised in the Pilsen neighborhood and was a graduate of Harrison High School.  Martha met, her love, Pascual "Pat" Luna in 1963. Martha and Pat were united in holy matrimony in December of 1967 and were blessed with four children.

Martha peacefully departed this life Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was preceded in death by her brothers: Richard, Jose and Mario.

Her beautiful soul will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Ricardo, Gloria, Antonio and Daniel; Daughter-in-law, Herminia; Son-in-law, Sony; Grandchildren, Alyssa, Korina, Nathan, Priscilla, Gabriel and Giovanni; Great Grandson, Princeton; Sisters, Socorro and Linda; Brothers, Luis and William; many loving sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
