Thomas Joseph Elliott

Tommy passed away unexpectedly April 26, 2022.  He is survived by his adoring son Travis Wehunt, his loving mother, Mary Betterman and siblings Kathy Ghbari, Rose Roberts, Arthur James Colson (deceased), Georgeanne Homan, Julie King,  and Carol Kyla Elliott. Tommy enjoyed spending time with his family, especially children, probably because he was a big kid at heart.  He had a quick wit, was a huge jokester, and a loyal person with good morals and ethics. Tommy was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and passed the love of his team to his son Travis.  He will be dearly missed by all.

We little knew that day,
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death, we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And although we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
