After completing his education at Ramon Avancena High School, Victor pursued vocational training and later embarked on a culinary apprenticeship in Guam. His passion for cuisine led him to work as a chef in renowned fine dining establishments in downtown Chicago, including Le Chateau Swissair Restaurant and Crickets.
